The Sanctuary Louvered Aluminium Pergola in Charcoal at 3 by 4 metres brings the same adjustable louvre roof and full installation hardware as the taupe version, now in a charcoal powder-coated aluminium finish that suits darker, more contemporary outdoor settings. The 25 adjustable louvres rotate to open for light and ventilation, angle for partial shade, or close to shelter the space when rain comes in. The charcoal tone reads as a strong, architectural frame colour that works particularly well against light pavers, rendered walls and contemporary outdoor furniture. The full installation kit includes concrete bolts and timber screws for both substrate types. A crank handle opens and closes the louvres. The structure covers 400 by 300cm at 248cm height. A four-year warranty is included. Coordinates with matching Sanctuary slatted panels and roller blinds in charcoal. A few important notes: the pergola is not a permanent structure. The louvres are designed to be waterproof when closed, with rainwater channelled through the gutters and legs, though some dripping may occur in heavy rain. Product Care
- Like all outdoor furniture, these products will keep their new appearance longer if they are protected from the elements when not in use for extended periods. We recommend using a protective cover or storing undercover.
- It is recommended that you tighten the screws on all self assembly items periodically.
- To give extra protection against hot cups, plates etc and accidental spillages, it is always best to protect the beauty of your table with place mats.
- To clean any powder coated metal pieces, simply wipe down items with a damp cloth.
- Dust can be wiped off with a clean cloth.
- We recommend treating all metal surfaces with a coat of rust inhibitor such as Guardsman Weather Defence Metal Protector,following the manufacturers instructions, to increase the longevity of the product. Particularly in joins, welds and any surface where the metal has been exposed.
- Areas around Bolts and assembly points should have extra attention as these are the areas (if any) that could possibly receive scratches in the powder coating, while tightening the hardware etc, areas exposed to the weather will be more susceptible to rust.
- Like all outdoor furniture, these products will keep their new appearance longer if they are protected from the elements when not in use. We recommend using a protective cover or storing undercover when not in use.
- If furniture is to be located in close proximity to the sea, additional care must be taken to avoid damage caused by sea salt corrosion.
Disclaimer – even though powder coating does help to protect the metal from rusting and corrosion, it can still over time develop rust or corrosion (especially around bolts, welds and joins etc, which tend to be the first areas to show signs of deterioration). We recommend regular maintenance with a rust preventative or inhibitor.
Assembly
Shade and shelter for the backyard, with a bit of construction ahead. Assembly is a flat-pack build, so it takes a little longer to put together, though the shade it gives is well worth it. If you get stuck or just need a hand, click the start chat link and the team will be happy to help.

Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at Early Settler's discretion be returned to us for exchange or a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by Early Settler to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.

Yes, but don’t leave it too long. You can cancel your online order and receive a full refund, provided the delivery process has not commenced. If your order has already been sent to the collection point or delivery depot, a 20% cancellation fee may apply to cover transfer and restocking costs.
Yes absolutely! We pride ourselves on delivering quality craftsmanship made for your home, so if you're not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives we're happy to assist with a return.
As an extension to your consumer rights, you can return your online order to us within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price, not including shipping.
If the return is due to a change in mind, please also make the return within 7 days of obtaining your order.
Returns under $500 will be refunded via the same method of payment. For refunds of a greater value will need to be processed by our customer service team which you can contact at customerservice@livemora.live. For all refunds, we require a proof of purchase (invoice number), be in new or unused condition, and with the original packaging if possible. Even if your order has been assembled, we'll accept it as a return if in saleable condition. If the returns criteria are not met we may refuse a return or offer an exchange or credit voucher alternatively.
When making a return you will need to pay for the shipping back to us, but you can avoid this by returning your order to your nearest Early Settler store free of charge where our friendly team will be happy to arrange a refund, store credit or exchange in-store. If you are returning an order to your nearest Early Settler store the refund may need to be processed by our online orders team, this can take 2-3 business days.
